About Us

Who we are

MrQ is a UK casino, slots and bingo brand. We've been a UK-licensed casino since 2018, and we're operated by Tek Fox Ltd under a licence from the UK Gambling Commission (account number 60629), which you can verify on the Commission's public register at any time.

Betting at MrQ means betting on games, not sports fixtures: over 1,000 slots, live dealer tables, bingo, Slingo and jackpot titles, all with stakes you choose yourself.

What makes MrQ different

In a crowded market, we stand out by being straight with our players.

• Zero wagering: every bet you win pays out in cash, on every promotion, always.
• Instant withdrawals: we aim to process your payout in 60 seconds, or we pay you £10 for the wait.
• Full transparency: RTP and volatility are shown on every game, so you always know your odds.
• Fair for all: there is no VIP scheme. Every player gets the same fair deal, whatever they stake.
• Our own games: we build a handful of exclusive titles in-house that you will not find on any other casino.

Recognised by the industry

MrQ was named Slots Operator of the Year at the EGR Operator Awards, recognition of the depth and quality of the experience we have built. The everyday details matter just as much to us: clear terms on every offer, the highest available RTP maintained across our titles, and winnings always paid in cash.

Safe, licensed and on your side

Player funds are held in a separate client account at the Commission's medium protection level, kept apart from our operating funds. Our platform uses site-wide encryption with independently audited, certified games.

We give every player deposit and spend limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion, and we are fully integrated with GAMSTOP.

• Read our responsible gambling policy
